    The Safety Edge Photoelectric Sensor is a reliable safety protection device for automatic doors, industrial doors, and gate systems. Installed along the door edge, it immediately detects contact or obstruction and sends a blocking signal to the door controller, preventing injury and equipment damage.

    Unlike traditional mechanical safety edges, this model uses infrared photoelectric technology, offering stable performance, fast response, and long service life. It is particularly suitable for wide doors and applications exposed to wind load or mechanical bending.

    Integrated Diagnostic System

    The Safety Edge is equipped with an innovative built-in diagnostic system. A yellow ring-shaped LED on the transmitter provides clear visual feedback during power-on and operation:

    • 1–6 flashes: Optimal working condition

    • 7–14 flashes: Good condition

    • 15–16 flashes: Operating limit reached

    After diagnostics, the sensor automatically switches to normal operating mode. When the safety edge is triggered, the LED lights up and the output switches to a high-level signal, ensuring immediate response from the door control system.
