Qinuo Electronics Co., Ltd.was founded in 2009,it is a high-tech company that integrated R&D, manufacturing, sales and service ,which is mainly specialized in sensing solutions, control systems.The company currently has four independent brands: U-SENSORS, U-CONTROL, U-AUTOGATES and U-AUTOKEYS.
Qinuo covers an area of 20 acres, with 25000㎡ of standardised dust-free workshop,5 SMT production lines,equipped with various fully automatic production machines, such as high-speed chip mounter,welding robots, and automatic screw machines etc.The workshop is divided into multiple functional areas, including raw material storage area, production assembly area, quality inspection area, finished product packaging area, and warehousing area etc, using AGV to run throught the entire production and manufacturing material flow, forming an efficient production process. The standard application of MES manufacturing execution system and online work instructions, combined with an excellent production environment and advanced production equipment has become a guarantee of Qinuo's quality product.
